Responsibilities:

·         Carrying out all Quantity Surveying functions i.e pre and post contract.

·         Business development i.e setting-up cost data for tendering purpose especially for Tender Sabah and Sarawak

·         Checking of measurement of quantities, forming BQ, preparing and checking list for suppliers/subcontractors.

·         Assist in preparing enquiries for material, labour, plant quotation & preparing preliminary cost estimate and built-up unit rate.

·         Preparing for compiling/submitting tender.

·         To comply and adhere to QSHE matters related to job scope and work place.

·         Any works regards to Final Account subcontractors (if any)

·         Any other duties as instructed from time to time.

Requirement:

·           Possess Degree in Quantity Surveying.

·           At least 5 – 7 years of working experience.

·           Any speciality regards to Project Management/ QS software.

·           Good self-discipline, able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

·           Construction general supervisors keep track of the proceedings of all stages in the building process.

·           They coordinate the different teams, assign tasks, and resolve problems.

·           Planning for daily construction operations.

·           Monitors progress and determines actions to mitigate delays.

·           Checking of work quality at all stages.

·           Maintain daily work record for submission to Site Engineer.

·           Arrangement of resources and plant for day to day work.

·           Arrangement for necessary inspection by client at every stage of works.

·           Any other duties as instructed from time to time.

Requirement:

·           Possess at least a Certificate/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.

·           At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in construction.

·           Result-oriented, proactive approach in problem solving

Good self-discipline, able to work independently
