Sun Life Malaysia is proud to bring back our flagship Brighter Health Blood Glucose Screening Programme for the 3rd year to help Malaysians prevent diabetes through a complimentary blood glucose screening programme.
Happening from now until the end of November 2022, you can get your blood glucose level tested at any of the participating 44 AM PM Pharmacy and 160 Health Lane Family Pharmacy outlets nationwide.
This year, besides AM PM Pharmacy and Health Lane Family Pharmacy, other supporting partners for the Programme are Walnut Wellness, Roche Malaysia, and MOG Eyewear Malaysia.
MOG Eyewear Malaysia is offering a complimentary eye health assessment at its 45 outlets nationwide, which includes a diabetic retinopathy screening and eye profile consultation.
Additionally, participating members of the public will receive a RM10 Roche rebate voucher that can be used to purchase the Accu-Chek blood glucose meter.
Remember, a simple finger prick test could help you detect the early signs of diabetes and prevent further health complications!
